The following charges are for the 50 most frequently provided services for patients without insurance, who are paying by cash, check, credit card or debit card.

BASIC CARE: $119

Office visit with physician (without utilizing any procedures or lab tests)

Moderate Care: $169

Office visit plus one of the following tests or procedures below or a visit that includes an evaluation of two unrelated medical complaints without any procedures.

EXTENDED CARE: $239

Extended office visit that includes one of the following procedures below:

  • EKG
  • Simple laceration
  • Skin Biopsy
  • Wart Removal
  • Skin Tag Removal/Destruction
  • Burn Care, Second Degree
  • X-Ray
  • Prolonged Treatment
  • Drainage of simple abscess
  • Aspiration Procedure (skin)
  • Ingrown Toenail Surgery
  • Skin Foreign Body Removal
  • COMPLEX CARE: $299

    Office visit that requires an exceptionally long medical visit or that includes any of the following complex procedures or two basic procedures above.

    • IV Fluids
    • Complex Laceration Repair
    • Drainage of complex abscess or external hemmorrhoid
